I do not share, rent, sell, or otherwise distribute any email address or personal information collected as a result of using this website, unless I am subpoenaed and are required to do do by an authorized governmental entity. These situations are almost non-existent, but I put the language in here to keep the legal eagles happy.
This website collects tracking information (e.g. browser type, IP address, etc.) about the visitors that stop here. I do this so that I can continue to develop and improve this site. Almost every site on the web collects some type of data when you load it in your browser, so I am not alone in this.
I am not at all interested in collecting your personal information for any unscrupulous reason. I just want to create a fantastic, content rich site that benefits traders and investors, helping you do a better job of making money and taking control of your financial destiny.
You'll always have the option to stop any contact from this website and unsubscribe from a mailing list. I use commercial grade applications that have an 'unsubscribe' function built into the platform and comply with the CANN SPAM Act. In fact, if you unsubscribe from my monthly email newsletter, I can't add your email address back, even accidentally, unless you give me your permission.
So relax and enjoy this site. There are some 'shady' sites out there on the web - this is not one of them.
